Mixing Time

Mix for 3–4 minutes using a slow-speed drill and suitable mixing paddle

Working Time

Approximately 20–25 minutes; temperature and batch size will affect working time

Concrete Preparation

Diamond grind or shot blast to produce a clean, porous and uniform surface comparable to approximately 30–50-grit sandpaper

Concrete Cure Time

Minimum 10 days; at least 28 days is recommended for best adhesion

Application Temperature

45°F–85°F without an approved accelerator

Concrete Relative Humidity

Below 90% when tested according to ASTM F2170

Moisture Vapor Limit

Do not apply directly where moisture vapor emission exceeds 6 lb./1,000 sq. ft./24 hr.

Concrete surface pH should be between 5 and 9

Important: Immediately pour the mixed material onto the prepared surface. Do not leave mixed epoxy in the container, as heat buildup can rapidly shorten its working time and make the material unusable.

An approved compatible accelerator may shorten cure and working times. Use an accelerator only when specifically permitted by the current product instructions and follow the required dosage and temperature limitations.

Coverage, working time and cure times are approximate and will vary with material temperature, ambient temperature, slab temperature, surface profile, application thickness and jobsite conditions. Always review the current Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheets before use.
