Professional Grade Medium-Cure Polyaspartic – Clear & Tintable (2 Gallon Kit)
Medium-Cure Polyaspartic Topcoat
Our Medium-Cure Polyaspartic Topcoat is a premium two-component, high-solids coating engineered to provide exceptional durability, UV stability, and long-lasting protection. Its balanced cure rate provides professional installers with additional working time for controlled application while still delivering the fast return-to-service benefits expected from a polyaspartic coating.
The coating can be used clear or tinted with a variety of color packs, making it an excellent choice for decorative flake systems, solid-color floors, metallic epoxy systems, and other professional concrete coating applications.
Features
- 91% solids formulation
- Medium cure rate with approximately 20+ minutes of working time
- Can be tinted with a variety of color packs
- Available in high-gloss and satin finishes
- Smooth, professional-grade finish
- Excellent UV stability and color retention
- Outstanding chemical and abrasion resistance
- Excellent gloss retention
- Designed for residential, commercial, and industrial applications
- Suitable for flake, metallic, and solid-color coating systems
Why Choose a Medium-Cure Polyaspartic?
The medium cure rate provides a balance between working time and return-to-service speed. The additional application time can make the coating easier to spread evenly, maintain a wet edge, and achieve a consistent finish—particularly on larger or more detailed projects.
When tinted with compatible color packs, the same coating can also be used as a pigmented polyaspartic coat, giving professional installers greater flexibility without requiring multiple specialized products.
Performance Benefits
- Ultra-low VOC formula — less than 5 g/L
- Excellent resistance to chemicals and everyday spills
- Superior UV stability
- Excellent abrasion and impact resistance
- High resistance to heavy foot and vehicle traffic
- Long-lasting protection over properly prepared concrete and compatible coating systems
- Helps protect decorative flooring while maintaining its appearance
Recommended Applications
- Garage floors
- Decorative full-broadcast flake systems
- Solid-color flooring systems
- Metallic epoxy floors
- Warehouses
- Automotive service areas
- Commercial and industrial facilities
- Retail stores and showrooms
- Restaurants and commercial kitchens
- Food-processing environments
- High-traffic flooring applications
Return-to-Service Times
- Foot Traffic: Approximately 18 hours
- Vehicle Traffic: Approximately 72 hours
Actual cure and return-to-service times may vary depending on temperature, humidity, application thickness, substrate conditions, and other jobsite conditions.
Professional-Grade Performance
Our Medium-Cure Polyaspartic Topcoat combines durability, UV stability, chemical resistance, and application flexibility in one professional-grade coating. Use it clear to protect decorative flooring systems or tint it with compatible color packs to create a wide range of pigmented finishes.
It is an excellent choice for professional installers looking for more manageable working time without sacrificing the durability and long-term performance of a premium polyaspartic coating.
Extended-Working-Time Polyaspartic Topcoat
Our Extended-Working-Time Polyaspartic Topcoat is a professional-grade, two-component, high-solids polyaspartic polyurea coating designed for installers who need additional working time without sacrificing durability or appearance.
Its high-gloss formula provides excellent UV stability, color retention, chemical resistance, mar resistance and abrasion resistance. It is an excellent finish coat for decorative flake systems, solid-color floors, metallic epoxy systems and other compatible concrete coating applications.
The extended application time allows installers more time to spread and back-roll the material while maintaining a wet edge—especially helpful on larger floors, detailed projects and warmer installations.

Mixing Instructions
Pre-mix Parts A and B separately in their original containers. Combine the components using the ratio stated on the selected kit label. Mix for approximately 3 minutes until the material is homogeneous and streak-free, scraping the sides and bottom of the container.
Immediately pour the mixed material onto the prepared surface. Do not leave mixed product in the container, as heat buildup can substantially reduce the available working time.
The component ratio depends on the kit configuration. Always follow the ratio printed on the product label. Adding an approved pigment to a clear kit does not automatically change the resin-to-hardener ratio.
Application Guidance
Apply the mixed material thinly and evenly using a squeegee or flexible finishing trowel. Lightly back-roll using a solvent-resistant, non-shedding roller. A 1/4-inch nap is generally recommended for smooth surfaces, while a 3/8-inch nap may be used on rougher surfaces.
Avoid excessive rolling, which may produce bubbles or roller marks. Do not allow the coating to puddle in joints, depressions or low areas because excessive material can whiten or bubble.
The surface must remain dry and be at least 5°F above the dew point. Do not apply when rain, condensation, sprinklers, fog, dew or other moisture may affect the coating.
Important Use Notice
Coverage, working time, cure time and finished appearance are approximate and will vary with temperature, humidity, surface profile, application thickness, batch size and jobsite conditions.
